The working principle of the cold rolling wire process involves the continuous cold rolling of hot-rolled wire rods or cold-drawn wire rods to achieve the desired shape.
The cold rolling process enhances the mechanical properties of the wire, resulting in higher tensile strength, hardness, toughness, and weldability, as well as lower ductility. The finished product can be delivered in coiled form.
